DSMAC Aggregate Production Line Increases Income and Reduces Expenditure for Customer

According to the statistics analysis, the aggregate production line provided by DSMAC in Sichuan province have reduced cost of more than 30 million yuan each year, which is a great surprise for customers and also a improvement of DSMAC enterprise strength.

This aggregate production line locates in Guangan district, Sichuan province. Before investing on this crushing line, the customer considered about the following four aspects. First, increasing income and reducing expenditure. The crushing line site is selected in cement production area, which can save the transportation cost. Second, the appropriate application of two limestone mines. This crushing line should be put between the two mines to make the most of raw materials, and also save the infrastructure investment and delivering cost. Third, the investment on this production line can provide aggregate and sand in local area with the highest cost performance, which wins the absolute marketing advantages. Fourth, the near to limestone is helpful for the usage of limestone crushing line, and the waste can be recycled reasonably through the adoption of advanced technology.

Based on the actual situation and the customers’ requirements, DSMAC designed the process of screening followed by crushing. The whole aggregate production combines the sandstone crushing line and cement raw materials to realize the co-production of sand and stones. The limestones less than 200mm for cement plant is firstly screened by a vibrating screen, and the gained stone power less than 5mm is delivered by belt conveyor for clinker. The materials between 5mm to 31.5mm are screened by the second high-efficient circular vibrating screen into four types, and materials larger than 31.5mm is sent back to crush or reshape. The final products are divided into four categories: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10- 20mm, 20- 31.5mm. So these products can not only provide excellent fine material, but also be used as artificial sand for construction.
