Usually, the materials with high hardness such as iron ore can not be crushed with impact crusher or hammer crusher. The higher hard materials may not bring the crushing effect, but on the contrary result to the damage to the crushing machine, for example, principle axis broken or hammer plate shattering, etc, even the production line stopped, causing great economic loss. The reason is that the hammer crusher or impact crusher are only used to crush medium-hard or bristle materials, meeting the need of aggregate or sand with higher grade in railway, highway, bridge or high-gride building, and so on.
However, the jaw crusher with large application range can be used in many areas.
