DSMAC Electronic Commerce Department Reorganization in 2013

It is reported by DSMAC news group that DSMAC Electronic Commerce Department has started its reorganization at the beginning of 2013. After reformation, the department’s independent operation will extent business scope, enlarge operation sale, which brings a good chance for DSMAC’s development milestone and at the same time challenges exist.


Early in 2012, Director Lerry began thinking of rebuilding the electronic commerce department in order to solve the problems in the existing institution and to stimulate staff’s energy and innovation ability. All the staff gradually adjusted the working, making preparation for the new structure. Relying on the enterprise’s assistant, the electronic commerce department will step for its new future.

On Jan 11 2013, DSMAC Electronic Commerce Department reorganized. Originally, there were two groups, including domestic promotion department and international promotion department. After reorganization, all the staffs are divided into three groups: Electronic Commerce Department One, Electronic Commerce Department Two and Electronic Commerce Department Three. Each group has different concerns, such as SNS, search engineer bid, search engineer optimization, website edition, network marketing, etc. Furthermore, the reorganized department will have the right to operate independently, which means the higher autonomous right on the business.

The reformed department will become more vigorous and energetic. On the one hand, the reorganization not only adjusts the human resource distribution, but also changes the development trend slightly. The SNS, which is the quickest course for information transformation in modern times, will become one of the key components of the department work in the coming year. On the other hand, the independent operation offers more opportunities on business. The added network marketing research and project will become another engine driving the whole department further. As a result, these measures will actuate all the staffs to innovate on their work and grope for the new way.

However, the challenges are also sure to be encountered on the new road.
