ZENDOME - first steps in Spain
ZENDOME.150M
Under the blazing Spanish sun the ZENDOME team has constructed a ZENDOME.150M with a very special membrane for the Open-Air-Festival Festimad in Madrid. You can watch the geodesic workout here on our site. The fast motion shows how the ZENDOME grows into the Mediterranean sky from the ground up, row for row, sphere for sphere. The honour of the last pole is done by the boss of mil vueltas. After that the bright red membrane is added and the first of three festivals (who knows how many might follow) can begin.
Watch our imposing construction crew do their work and see how geodesic space is born.
The Berlin based company stands for the future, for overcoming formal boundaries and the aspiration of a perfect experience of space. The focus is on the essential, the original: the organic form of the hemisphere.
