As every year, the Marathon is fully booked and we at citystay hostel, just next to start and finalline are getting ready for the runners, staying with us. If you are not running the marathon, but like to get the feeling for the international crowd doing the run, just visit us for a beer, coffee or stay during the marathon with us. Some beds are still available. We are happy to be a well known member of the runners world for the Berlin Marathon. The Berlin Marathon is one of the fastest, may be even the fastest, city marathon. We are ready for a new record, may be by our friends from Eldoret in Kenya. Just have enough ugali in your diet as they like to eat it more or less every day. Kila la kheri ! (Good luck!)

The citystay hostels is located at the former department store Leipzig, Rosenstrasse 16, Berlin. Just between Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz at the very heart of downtown Berlin.On four floors you can meet an international crowd traveling Europe. The hostel was founded by two architects and one designer, what you still can feel entering the bar and lobby. The building itself was built in 1890 and in the late 1990th completely refurbished. The citystay hostel was built in and opened in 2005.
