My Place Group Purchases Mariners Watch Luxury Apartments in Ohio City
Cleveland OH – My Place Group, a leading real estate development company with a primary focus in Ohio City, recently purchased Mariner’s Watch, a luxury apartment community located at 3107 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland OH 44113. Mariners Watch will add 62 residential units to the My Place Group Portfolio of over $100 Million of active development.This off market transaction was executed by My Place Group’s in house broker, Paul DiVincenzo and Charles Gagliano with Marcus & Millichap.
