ITIL 2011 Templates - The ITIL Process Map (V3 2011 Edition)
IT Process Maps, located in Germany’s south and specialized in the development of process models for the IT organization, has again obtained the APMG accreditation: Their products have once again been awarded the "ITIL® Licensed Product" logo.
A significant milestone in the update of the renowned ITIL Process Model to ITIL® 2011 and ISO/IEC 20000:2011 has been reached.
As one of the final steps in the adaptation to the current version of ITIL and ISO 20000, the ITIL® Process Map including its supplement for ISO20000 projects, i.e. the ITIL® – ISO 20000 Bridge, were assessed by APM Group Ltd in an official review.
During this review, a qualified independent expert verified the products’ technical quality and correctness and their compliance with the Cabinet Office recommendations.

The ITIL reference model is entirely compatible with ITIL 2011 and ISO 20000:2011. It fully covers the ITIL standard – the "Service Lifecycle" with its five phases.

The APMG grants sub-licenses for the use of the Cabinet office trademarks which include ITIL®.
