Oslo, Norway, September 10, 2020 – Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, has ranked FotoWare as one of the top 20 on the list of the 2020 Best Workplaces in Europe in the small business category.

The list publication comes amid the COVID-19 crisis, which has upended the workplace and business operations throughout the world. Organizations on the list are leading the way on employee empathy culture, demonstrating care for their employees, their customers, and their communities during this difficult time.

The Great Place to Work European list is produced by analyzing 1.46 million surveyed employees, and to be considered for the 2020 Best Workplaces List in Europe, companies must appear on one or more of the Great Place to Work national lists across the European region.

Great Place to Work highlights three strong characteristics at FotoWare that have contributed to the strong results and the great workplace culture:

1. A management that is building an inclusive and caring culture, that stands at the core of everything FotoWare does
2. Real and clear leadership on our values and our team’s role in delivering them
