"Next at Work": Workable's New Podcast on the Changing World of Work
BOSTON, January 20, 2026 - Workable, the end-to-end hiring and HR platform used by more than 30,000 organizations globally, today announced the debut of Next at Work, a new podcast exploring the future of work with a focus on AI, hiring, and modern leadership.Hosted by Workable's Brendan Jeannetti, Next at Work brings together executives, HR leaders, and AI practitioners who are actively influencing how work is changing. Each episode goes beyond high-level trends to surface practical perspectives on talent strategy, workplace culture, leadership challenges, and the real-world implications of emerging technology.
Jeannetti brings experience across both media and business to the podcast. Prior to joining Workable, he created and hosted the chart-topping podcast Music You're Missing and held on-air roles at iHeartRadio and Beasley Media Group, developing a style rooted in thoughtful, engaging, and accessible conversations.
"Through ongoing conversations with HR and hiring leaders, it's clear there's often a disconnect between what's being discussed publicly and what teams are dealing with day to day," said Jeannetti. "With Next at Work, we wanted to create space for honest discussions about what's actually working, what's not, and what leaders should be preparing for next."
The first three episodes feature Jamie Graceffa, Vice President of Talent Development and Employee Experience at Quanterix, who discusses building sustainable workplace cultures, employee experience, and why kindness can be a powerful leadership differentiator. Michael Brown, Managing Partner for AI at Bond Global, examines the realities of AI adoption and how organizations should approach measuring ROI. Gabi Zanengo, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, shares how talent teams can directly impact revenue and how strategic hiring decisions contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Next at Work is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, with video highlights shared across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
