Analytic tools update for Cloud eDiscovery platform

Analytic tools update for Cloud eDiscovery platform

Affordable Cloud-based eDiscovery service GoldFynch has released a new set of analytical tools to give users visual representations of their case metadata, building on top of basic case data such as the number of files in the case, volume used, etc.

The updates include detailed, searchable distributions of key metadata fields such as file types, file-family roles, Tags (the software’s platform-wide labelling system) and the processing status of uploaded files - whether they are successful, unsupported, corrupted, etc.

It also includes exhaustive information of the email senders and receivers in a case and their overall contributions to their respective total volumes.

Primary Dates, along with email received-by and sent-by dates, are displayed as graphs with interactable timelines that chart the distribution of each parameter in the case over periods of time. Users can zoom in and out of the timeline to focus on particular time segments and can choose the unit of display of the graphs to be in daily, weekly, or yearly intervals.

GoldFynch has more updates planned to provide users with insightful, practical information about their cases in the simplest, most accessible way possible.

Mazira is a software company that specializes in data transformation. Their original focus was on building custom software for small and medium companies to help manage a large number of documents. Since then they adapted their search engine and timeline technology to meet a growing need, especially in the local market, for easy-to-use, automated software that didn’t require installation and training for users or involve extended sales processes. This became their flagship eDiscovery product, GoldFynch (www.goldfynch.com)

GoldFynch is an eDiscovery web service that is entirely cloud-based. It offers users a simple interface where they can easily drag-and-drop files (like PDF, MS Office documents, pictures, emails, etc.) that GoldFynch automatically imports, processes, scans, and indexes. Entities such as people, places, and dates are automatically extracted, and images of text are converted to computer-recognizable, fully-searchable documents through the process of OCR. GoldFynch’s pricing is simple, transparent and upfront, and it is by far the most affordable eDiscovery platform. Access to the pricing, and to the service, is available on the website without the need for talking to sales or an RFP. Pricing is based on a case’s volume, and GoldFynch allows users to effortlessly scale case sizes. It also offers a standalone free PST and OST viewer (https://goldfynch.com/goldfynch-pst-viewer)
