Press release from: Mazira, LLC (DBA GoldFynch)

Save on data processing and storage with GoldFynch's processing plans

Save on data processing and storage with GoldFynch's processing plans

GoldFynch eDiscovery has launched its latest feature, Processing Plans, to provide an efficient and cost-effective way to manage significant volumes of data for legal review. Processing Plans are available to GoldFynch Organization accounts and allow users to handle large data sets with predictable billing and reduced complexity.

This innovative feature offers billing based on the volume of data processed rather than the expanded data size, with a flat rate of $20 per GB, and a $200 monthly maintenance fee. With no additional costs or charges, the plans ensure a predictable, transparent, and straightforward cost management approach when dealing with substantial data volumes and long-term data storage.

Processing Plans serve as an alternative to GoldFynch's regular prorated plans which are based on case data volume which start at $27/month for 3 GB. These prorated plans allow for effortless scaling and are suited for optimizing budgets when dealing with cases that frequently fluctuate in case data volume. Accessible directly through the GoldFynch web application, users can now effortlessly choose between the two types of plans when creating a new case under a GoldFynch Organization.

GoldFynch's Processing Plans simplify workflows for legal teams, enabling them to focus on document review and case strategy without being overwhelmed by complex pricing models. This new addition further solidifies GoldFynch's commitment to providing scalable, transparent, and user-friendly eDiscovery solutions for its enterprise customers.

Mazira is a software company that specializes in data transformation. Their original focus was on building custom software for small and medium companies to help manage a large number of documents. Since then they adapted their search engine and timeline technology to meet a growing need, especially in the local market, for easy-to-use, automated software that didn't require installation and training for users or involve extended sales processes. This became their flagship eDiscovery product, GoldFynch (www.goldfynch.com)

GoldFynch is an eDiscovery web service that is entirely cloud-based. It offers users a simple interface where they can easily drag-and-drop files (like PDF, MS Office documents, pictures, emails, etc.) that GoldFynch automatically imports, processes, scans, and indexes. Entities such as people, places, and dates are automatically extracted, and images of text are converted to computer-recognizable, fully-searchable documents through the process of OCR. GoldFynch's pricing is simple, transparent and upfront, and it is one of the most affordable eDiscovery platforms. Access to the pricing, and to the service, is available on the website without the need for talking to sales or an RFP. Pricing is based on a case's volume, and GoldFynch allows users to effortlessly scale case sizes.
