APA 2019 Convention: Dr. Marlene Maheu of TBHI Faculty to Present Telehealth Training

30 July 2019, San Diego, CA — The American Psychological Association (APA) will be conducting the APA 2019 convention on August 8-11, Thursday to Sunday, at Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Marlene Maheu of the Telebehavioral Health Institute, LLC (TBHI) Faculty will be participating in two sessions at the APA 2019 convention. (https://telehealth.org/blog/apa-2019)

The first presentation by Dr. Maheu is entitled, “Practicing at the Cutting Edge — Telepsychology Trends, Issues, and Essential Competencies.” It will be on August 8 at 3PM in McCormick Place/Room W183b Level 1 — West Building.

The second presentation by Dr. Maheu is entitled, “Enhancing Care Through Mobile Devices and Health Care Apps.” It will be on August 10 at 8AM in McCormick Place/Room S103bc Level 1 — South Building.

Dr. Maheu, a pioneer in the field of telebehavioral health and telehealth and the founder of TBHI, said, “I am eager to meet my APA colleagues again this year. These presentations will help give newbies some insight into some of the more cutting-edge technology-related issues.
