To love someone truly.... You need to first love yourself deeply. Because it is impossible to give what we don't have in abundance ourselves.
Yes we can push ourselves and give what we scarcely have ourselves .. but will become a sacrifice and unfortunately sacrifice is not sustainable even over short periods of time..
Take charge... Love yourself .. like you would love "the love of your life'
