Kovid iMaV Full Day Online Workshop
LucidSoft, a specialized NDT software company today announced a full day online workshop to demonstrate its revolutionary 3D modeling and visualization tool aptly named Kovid iMaV.Kovid iMaV is a 3D modeling tool that can simulate the actual behavior of the ultrasound probe and the beam. Parameters like beam angle, skews, and beam length can be controlled and an inspection team can prepare an optimized inspection plan based on multiple simulations and permutations.
The data from an inspection can then be fed back into the iMaV tool and the software will accurately visualize the results right inside the same 3D model on which the scanning was planned on.
“iMaV has greatly helped a nuclear inspection team in Germany and they’re pretty pleased with it. We’d like to get more inspection experts to share their opinions and perspectives on this tool. The workshop is being conducted online and is free of charge. ” said Esha Goyal, head of communications at LucidSoft.
