Karen Boyce-Adams Joins Greenspring as Renaissance Gardens Administrator

“We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Boyce-Adams to our community,” said Robin Gliboff, Executive Director of Greenspring. “Her experience at Riderwood, as well as her dedication to providing exceptional service to the current and future residents at Renaissance Gardens, make her a tremendous asset to Greenspring.”
Since 2005, Boyce-Adams has been the Assistant Administrator at Riderwood’s Renaissance Gardens in Silver Spring, Md. and was an Administrator-in-Training at the community from 2004-2005. She also served as the Assistant Director of Dining Services at Riderwood’s Renaissance Gardens from 2002-2004, as well as at Oak Crest in Baltimore, Md. from 2001-2002.
“I will focus on learning at first and get to know my team across the campus, as well as the residents and their families,” said Boyce-Adams regarding her initial priorities at Greenspring. “I love working for Erickson Living communities and am thrilled that this opportunity presented itself.”
Boyce-Adams holds a Nursing Home Administrator license, a Bachelor of Health Care Management, and a Master of Human Resource Management from Towson University.
