TDF Group opts for DSR01 Digital Satellite Receiver from 2wcom as a substitute for ADR receivers in Germany
The shutdown of analog satellite technology ADR (Astra Digital Radio) will be carried out in 2012. ADR is replaced by the digital standard DVB-S, which allows receiving larger quantity of radio programs. After extensive testing, TDF Group opted for the professional DVB-S/S2 capable satellite receiver DSR01 from 2wcom.
The 2wcom digital satellite receiver DSR01 convinced TDF Group with its excellent audio performance and advanced compression techniques such as AAC-LC. In addition, the DSR01 has an outstanding error correction that ensures optimum reception even in bad weather conditions.
