Litigation Associates Join Cowles & Thompson in Dallas

DALLAS – Cowles & Thompson, P.C., is pleased to announce that courtroom attorneys Jacquelyn Clark and Clifford Nkeyasen have joined the Dallas-based law firm’s commercial litigation section as associates.

Ms. Clark’s practice is focused on general insurance defense litigation, transportation defense litigation, products and premises liability defense, healthcare and commercial litigation.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Oklahoma, Dallas Bar Association, and American Bar Association. She earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007, and undergraduate degrees in Spanish and business administration from Washington and Lee University in 2004.

Mr. Nkeyasen’s practice is focused on tort litigation and business and commercial litigation. A former staff attorney for Farmers Insurance Company, he is experienced in construction and personal injury litigation, and insurance coverage and claims matters.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas’ Construction Law and Insurance Law sections and the Dallas Bar Association. He was a member of the 2008-09 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class and a 2010 Director of the J.L. Turner Legal Association. He earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, and an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas-Arlington in 2004.
