Cook, Drain, Rinse and Serve – All in One Pan!
Cambro colander and high heat pans available from Foodservice Equipment Marketing

Reducing food handling in the catering environment is a simple way of improving food safety and hygiene. By combining Foodservice Equipment Marketing’s (FEM) Cambro H-Pan high heat pans and H-Pan colander pans, caterers can use one container from prep area to cooker to bains marie serving point, cutting out several stages of transfer and handling.
The colander pans fit inside the H-Pans, so liquids and grease can be rapidly drained away from hot foods to improve the food quality. They are also ideal for defrosting meats and poultry, keeping raw liquids isolated from foods to improve food safety. Other uses include storing prepped produce or keeping seafood on ice.
The H-Pan and colander pans are safe from -40 degrees C to +191 degrees C, making them suitable for use in refrigerators, microwaves and bains marie, for blast chilling, cooking, reheating and serving. Sturdily constructed from polycarbonate and with a smooth non-stick interior, they are easy to keep clean and hygienic.
They stack together neatly without wedging or sticking and are available in a range of standard gastronorm sizes.
Cambro colander pans and the Cambro H-Pans are available from Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM).
