Press release from: Plymouth Tube Co

WARRENVILLE, IL – Plymouth Tube’s Salisbury, MD mill announces that it has received Nadcap accreditation for heat treating. This is Salisbury’s second consecutive year achieving this very difficult Nadcap process accreditation.
The Salisbury mill produces cold drawn seamless or welded stainless steel tubing for a variety of industries and offers PTCA® tubing specifically for the Aerospace Industry. “At Plymouth Tube we are committed to meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectation. Achieving Nadcap accreditation is just another way that we can show our customers that we are committed to providing them with superior tubing,” Says Mel Chapman, Quality Assurance Manager.
To receive Nadcap accreditation, the mill needed to demonstrate their ongoing commitment to quality by satisfying customer requirements and industry specifications.
“Achieving Nadcap accreditation is not easy: it is one of the ways in which the aerospace industry identifies those who excel at manufacturing quality product through superior special processes. Companies, such as Plymouth Tube, work hard to obtain this status and they should be justifiably proud of it,” said Joe Pinto, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Performance Review Institute. “PRI is proud to support continual improvement in the aerospace industry by helping companies such as Plymouth Tube be successful and we look forward to continuing to assist the industry moving forward.”
