Employee time clock software publisher now hosts free time and attendance tools for small businesses.

FRESNO, CA – November 18, 2010 – Redcort Software has released new free online resources that provide businesses with handy reference tools. Resources include overtime rules for each state and calendars with the dates of common business and federal holidays. These free time and and attendance resources join Redcort’s free time card calculator that provides employees with an easy way to total daily and weekly hours in a convenient printable timesheet.

“Our free employee resources are a way to give back to our loyal Virtual TimeClock software users," said Keith DeLong, CEO and founder of Redcort Software. “It’s a privilege to begin expanding our www.redcort.com web site with these free tools that are tremendously helpful to businesses interested in our employee time clock software.”

The state overtime rules brings together an easy to use (but hard to find) summary of daily, weekly, and any special premium pay rules for every U.S. state and territory. The other reference includes a set of calendars of common holidays observed by U.S. businesses and all the U.S. federal holidays for four consecutive years. The free time and attendance resources are available at the Redcort Software web site at http://www.redcort.com/time-and-attendance-resources/ .

Redcort Software has been developing, publishing and supporting employee time clock software since 1986 and on the Internet since 1997. Redcort’s Virtual TimeClock automatically tracks and reports employee timecard hours in addition to managing overtime and accrued and used employee vacation and leave time.
