Press release from: Redcort Software

FRESNO, CA - September 19, 2013 - Managing employee time and attendance is faster and easier with the new Virtual TimeClock software release available today from Redcort Software Inc. Virtual TimeClock '13 Release 2 saves busy employers time and money with enhanced overtime, importing and overnight shift handling features. Over a dozen new reporting enhancements provide powerful new ways to easily summarize worker activities, hours and overtime.

"Virtual TimeClock makes it super easy for employers to track the complicated sixth and seventh day employee overtime rules required by states like California," explained Keith DeLong, the founder and CEO of Redcort Software Inc. "As things like overtime and employer reporting needs become more complex, Virtual TimeClock continues to grow as a time saving and economical tool."

"The new additions to Virtual TimeClock’s import functionality will drastically reduce the amount of setup time we spend each year," enthused Jason Johnston, Manager of District Assessment Systems for Leander Independent School District in Leander, Texas. "For our 34 sites, we create about 30,000 user accounts per year. Previously, we spent 3-4 days populating our display groups. The new enhancements will allow us to complete the same job in just a few minutes. Virtual TimeClock is now faster and more functional. Great enhancements to a great product!"

Also included in Virtual TimeClock '13 Release 2 is a new timecard report that neatly summarizes a worker's daily time and activities on a single line. A new option to include workers without hours helps employers needing to track inactive employees. Report layouts have improved readability, while new options for overnight shift reporting enable employers to accurately report time as required by their particular state. In total, over a dozen reporting enhancements give Virtual TimeClock users new tools to easily manage their worker time and attendance.
