The company dramatically redesigned its site to give customers easier access to its large product offering and their technical knowledge base. The new web site offers an improved interface including streamlined menus for easy navigation throughout the entire site. The improved search function lets users find products quickly, offering instant results of product matches.
The new Product Grid pages show a large number of products on a single page with the most important information right at the visitor’s fingertips. These grid pages feature quick sorts to let the user filter the results to show only the products that can be used with the instrumentation and applications that are relevant to them. These pages allow the products to be added directly to the cart, or the visitor can go to the main product page and view a much more detailed description of the products.
