Marco Tjaden has been certified for CERC Certified Executive Recruitment Consultant

Marco Tjaden, Executive Search Consultant in Frankfurt and Member of the Board of Baumann Unternehmensberatung AG has been awarded the title “CERC Certified Executive Recruitment Consultant” by the Association of German Consultants (Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU e.V.).

This certificate is given to persons focusing in search and selection of executives and specialists (Executive Search). Up to now only 39 Executive Recruitment Consultants have been awarded in Germany.

Marco Tjaden in this matter: “The awarding of this title approves the dedication for reliable and competent Recruitment Consulting for many years, especially because the standards for this certification are high”.

The requirements for this seal of quality are an academic degree, a minimum of five years working as a full-time Recruitment Consultant and the compliance of the principles of recruiting consultancy (Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer und qualifizierter Personalberatung ) published by the Association of German Consultants (Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU e.V.).
