German eCRM provider artegic expands its consultation offering

Bonn, June 28th 2010 – Roland Wunderlich strengthens artegic’s consultant team. The 42 year old IT specialist and graduate in Commercial Studies will be working as Senior Consultant in the project development department of eCRM consulting and technology provider artegic. Roland previously worked as consultant at IBM, Deloitte and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. With Roland Wunderlich, artegic further expands the area of consulting.

Artegic had previously caused furore with its new eCRM suite ELAINE FIVE. For the first time, the software solution identifies Social Media contacts, in order to integrate them in CRM processes. artegic’s clients include Schlecker, A.T.U, QVC, Web.de, Asus, Actebis Peacock, Siemens Healthcare, as well as the Federal Ministries of Finance and Justice.
