ISO Travel Solutions and zartmann travel solutions cooperate

ISO Travel Solutions GmbH and zartmann travel solutions GmbH start a promising cooperation. First vivid proof of this new partnership between two touristic software specialists is a joint fair stand at the ITB in Berlin, hall 6.1, stand 112.

ISO Travel Solutions (ITS) and zartmann travel solutions (zts) have created a technology partnership: both travel technology companies will join their forces in the future, if customers will benefit through synergy effects which result from joining their complementary portfolios.

In order to publicize this strong partnership, ITS and zts have chosen an adequate stage: they use world’s most important fair of the tourism industry to send a signal with a joint stand in hall 6.1, stand 112 – a first sign of the new partnership to the market that will not be overlooked.

The strengths of both partners complement each other in an optimal way. Thanks to this merger zts and ITS can serve existing demands of touristic companies in the market as a one-stop-shop: from a tour operator system via hosting in a datacenter incl. integrating external content up to comprehensive internet solutions. Interfaces to flight systems such as Amadeus, Sabre and Worldspan as well as accommodation systems like Pegasus, Micros Fidelio and GTA, to the RIT-train system and many other providers are part of the complementary portfolio. In addition one will find sophisticated solutions for hotel sales. It is obvious that the market of travel technology will benefit greatly through this partnership.

ISO Travel Solutions is specialized in modern component based tour operator systems, outbound and inbound, airline systems, customer relationship management, hotel management systems and SAP solutions. zartmann travel solutions is positioned as a specialized partner in e-commerce, descriptive and bookable content, interfaces, fulfillment and service center solutions as well as ASP-solutions in its own data center.

The first joint project is being realized with the customer ‘A-Rosa River Cruises’ with the CRM-system Emerald from ITS integrated into the booking system from zts. Consequently further benefit through synergy effects will be derived in other projects.

Chief executive Michael Zartmann, zartmann travel solutions, explains the motifs of the cooperation in greater detail: “In the last few years we have witnessed parallel development of similar solutions in both companies resulting in increased competition.
