Crow Wing County, MN Bolsters Their Ordinance with LODGINGRevs
In December of 2019 Crow Wing County, Minnesota began using LODGINGRevs to help identify and accurately match listings to properties. Through the use of the LODGINGRevs expert review team, they were able to identify 313 properties operating as short term rentals. All the while the Crow Wing County Board was working on drafting an ordinance that would work to address their community’s needs.

Avon Colorado Harnesses Short Term Rentals with LODGINGRevs
Avon Colorado has reached 96.5% short term rental compliance through the use of LODGINGRevs. In 2019 Avon was able to account 27% of its total revenue to its short term rental taxes. LODGINGRevs has released its latest infographic to highlight the success Avon has found and its approach to regulating their short term rentals.
