The new LED illuminated Encoders from GREATECS

The new LED illuminated Encoders (Series EC7) extend the product range of GREATECS. These Encoders contain a clear shaft which shines in a very attractive way, illuminated by high-quality LEDs. This new series finds many applications in studio technology, household appliances and automation technology.

The new LED illuminated Encoders are available in different shaft varieties and LED colors. The standard colors are blue, red, green, orange – more colors are available by customer request. This series is available with horizontal and vertical terminals. The customer can choose a switch function additionally. This switch function comprises the possibility of changing LED colors. The standard design has 24 impulses per rotation, optional with or without detent. Individual customer requests concerning impulses and detents are possible. The minimum lifetime is 30,000 cycles for the encoder function and 20,000 cycles for the switch function, the operating temperature range is from
-40° up to 85°C.
