Delta Electronics, Inc. Announces Ex-Dividend Record Date
Amsterdam, July 2, 2009 -- Delta Electronics, Inc. (the Company) announced that the ex-dividend record date for the Company will be on July 20, 2009. Based on the shareholder list of that day, 20 new shares (10 from retained earnings and 10 from capital reserve) and NT$3,500 cash will be distributed per 1,000 existing shares (NT$0.2 stock dividend and NT$3.5 cash dividend per share). The ex-dividend trading day will be July 14, 2009. The last registration transfer day is July 15, 2009. The block-out period for registration transfer is from July 16 to July 20, 2009# # #
