Press release from: GALERIE FLUEGEL-RONCAK

GALERIE FLUEGEL-RONCAK, with a strong focus on Contemporary Art and Pop Art, will show various artworks of its classic collection of POP ART by Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Keith Haring, Tom Wesselmann, Alex Katz, Mel Ramos and Julian Opie.
On view will be original prints, drawings, paintings and sculptures.

After the huge success of Christo`s „Floating Piers“ in June 2016 at Lago d'Iseo in northern Italy, we also have artwork by Christo available.
Serpentine Gallery in London currently shows a huge Alex Katz exhibition. „Quick Light“. shows mostly artwork of recent years and brings it together with works from across his career. Katz has an extraordinarily productive output and we have purchased new portraits of 2016 like „Nicole“, „Daniel“ and „Ariel“.

Pop Art is one of the most important and fastest growing segments in international art markets, which is becoming increasingly popular worldwide. Steadily rising prices are an indication of its growing popularity which has now continued for almost 50 years.

Galerie Fluegel-Roncak in Nuremberg is focused on high quality works by Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein, Julian Opie, James Rosenquist, Alex Katz, Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, Tracey Emin, Heiner Meyer, Ed Ruscha or Mel Ramos. We also have pieces by Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall, Gerhard Richter or Basquiat. Urban / Street Art is represented by XOOOOX, Mr. Brainwash, Crash and Bambi.
The gallery was founded in 1999. After moving within Nuremberg the exhibition space is at the current adress on two floors since 2008. Changing solo shows expose different positions of our gallery program. Participating at international Art Fairs like Kunst Zurich in November completes our gallery task.
