New MHV HS-430 High Vacuum Pump

New MHV HS-430 High Vacuum Pump

Fennville, MI---Visitors to Metallurgical High Vacuum’s Booth 837 at the TechCon Conference and Exposition* May 11 & 12 will learn how they can achieve faster process cycles using the 430 CFM rated pumping speed of the model HS 430 rotary piston pump. The MHV HS 430 affords a pump down time of 2.43 minutes compared 3.10 minutes for a Stokes 412 model, on a 70 cubic foot volume to 100 millitorr, enabling up to 20% savings in pump down time.

Higher process-throughput is but one aspect of this new pump, which assures users of longer life and higher reliability compared to other manufacturers. The MHV HS 430 features positive pressure lubrication and dual oil filters, Inconel valve springs, heat treated wearing parts, premium shaft seals and more. It is designed with a high-efficiency motor and water saver modulating valve to assure high-efficiency operation. It is 100% high-quality American made for lowest long term cost of ownership.

Metallurgical High Vacuum also offers a rebuilding service for rotary piston high vacuum pumps, blowers, and diffusion pumps that offers users substantial cost and time savings over buying new equipment.

Below the cost of a new unit, MHV rebuilt pumps have become the standard for many customers requiring all-new pumping capacity. “Once they get a pump from MHV, they can see the high quality that our American-made company delivers. They get a pump that looks like new and runs even better,” according to Dave Petersen, Sales and Marketing VP. “We have customers that can go anywhere for their pump rebuilding, but they come back to MHV because of our quality and service,” notes Geoff Humberstone, President.

MHV has put their vacuum experience of over five decades on the line for their customers who depend on their vacuum processing systems 24/7 with reliability regardless of the original manufacturer: Stokes, Kinney, Tuthill MD, Leybold, Varian, or Edwards.

See how it’s done on the video tour at: www.methivac.com or call MHV at: 877-787-9880 for more information and pricing on your next pump rebuild.
