PIENZA (SI), Italy (September 7, 2008) – La Vialla Farm's Aged "Pecorino" Cheese has received the gold medal award at the 6th annual "Le Forme del Bio" competition.
La Vialla Farm's Aged "Pecorino" (cheese made from sheep's milk) received the top honour from "Le Forme del Bio", a national competition organised by AIAB (Italian Association for Organic Agriculture). Cheeses from all regions of Italy are judged according to specific characteristics and conformity with the standards of organic farming.
