1. Pipe cutting and pre-processing
(1) Pipe cutting should be piped before the first pipe diameter calibration, the diameter error and wall thickness error should be within the tolerance range.
(2) Pipe cutting should be used mechanical method. Incision surface should be flat, no cracks, bumps, necking, slag, oxide, and polished smooth.
(3) When the tube end groove processing site of the nozzle is not rounded should be round, wall thickness should be uniform, the surface of the dirt, paint, rust, debris, etc. should be cleared.
2. Roll groove rolling groove should meet the following requirements:
(1) Pipe end to the groove section of the surface should be smooth, no bump, no rolling marks.
(2) With the rolling machine on the pipe processing of the groove, shall not damage the tube galvanized layer and the wall of the various coatings and lining.
3. Connector connection and installation
Grooved joint installation should meet the following requirements:
A. Install the clip on the outside of the rubber seal. The inner edge of the clip member must be embedded in the groove and fixed in the center of the groove;
B. Fasten the clamp pieces to the end of the closure, immediately install the fasteners, should be evenly tighten the bolt tightening;
C. After installation, check and confirm that the inner edge of the clip is embedded in the groove.
4. Bracket installation
(1) The type of bracket, material, processing size and manufacturing quality in line with the relevant provisions of the relevant national standards, according to the design requirements of a solid installation, the correct location.
(2) The horizontal hanger shall be provided on both sides of the joint and the upper and lower connecting joints of the elbow and other fittings. The net spacing between the hanger and the joint should not be less than 150mm and greater than 300 mm.
(3) In the piping system, the bracket shall be fixed in the following positions:
A. The bottom of the inlet riser;
B. The riser due to the length of the free length and need to support the weight of the site;
(4) Pipeline installation, should be fixed and adjust the bracket, and should not use temporary support.
Bracket and pipe contact should be close, slide the sliding surface should be clean and smooth, should be to prevent the fall off the facilities.
