The Return of Hemp Sandals: Old fashioned or in fashion?

Remember the good old days when women once strolled around with their retro hemp sandals? Well now is a good time to dust them off the shelves. From fashion dresses to celebrities, being green is undoubtedly the hippest trend today.

There’s another good reason, some of the major footwear companies are now on the “been there, done that” conclusion and decided to decrease its production due to the decreasing interest of the teenage bracket.

In a recent survey, most of the teens said that “hemps are too boring and conservative. Leather is more stylish.” Despite having benefits of being eco-friendly and resistant to mold and bacteria, its overall appearance remains the same. “Too old fashioned” as one of the girls said.
