SMi proudly announces exclusive masterclass, Understanding IP, Regulatory and Competition Law issues in Pharmaceutical Parallel Trade which will be taking place on the 4th July 2017, Co-hosted by Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, this masterclass will bring together industry leaders to discuss the latest cases and complexities in the commercialisation and design of biosimilars.Attendees will be given examples of interactive case studies and insights into potential competition law issues raised by strategies to manage parallel trade. Key learning points will be discussed such as regulatory guidelines and the ways in which interchangeability is likely to change the market, as well as exploring the challenges to manufacturing and repackaging, trademark exhaustion and discuss patent notifications.
