DTF Dallas Launches Expanded UV DTF Transfer Line for Drinkware, Labels and Hard-Surface Products

RICHARDSON, Texas - DTF Dallas, a custom printing company based in Richardson, Texas, has rolled out an expanded UV DTF transfer service aimed at businesses and creators working outside of apparel - from tumbler sellers to small brands producing custom labels and promotional items.
Unlike standard DTF transfers, which are heat-pressed onto fabric, UV DTF transfers are designed for smooth, hard surfaces and applied using pressure rather than heat. That makes them suited to products such as tumblers, mugs, glass, metal, ceramic and acrylic - materials that can't go through a heat press.
Built for Small Batches and Custom Orders
Customers can order UV DTF transfers by size, upload a print-ready gang sheet of their own, or use DTF Dallas's online builder to arrange multiple designs on a single sheet before printing. The format is popular with drinkware sellers, small product-based businesses and anyone producing custom labels or promotional merchandise in small runs.
The service is produced out of the same Richardson, Texas, facility that handles the company's broader DTF and apparel printing operations, and ships nationwide.
Part of a Broader Expansion
The UV DTF line is one piece of a larger expansion DTF Dallas has made to its product and service catalog this year, which now includes more than 5,000 SKUs spanning custom DTF and UV DTF transfers, finished apparel, blank apparel and headwear, and in-house embroidery.
"UV DTF has become one of the fastest-growing parts of our business," said Sam Gencer of DTF Dallas. "It opens the door for sellers who aren't working with fabric at all - tumbler shops, label makers, anyone building a product line on hard surfaces. We wanted to make sure that side of the business had the same level of support as our apparel customers."
