Seeking Partners: HolidayCoaching Launches Program for Hotels, Vacation Rentals, and Tourism Businesses

Dautphetal, July 8, 2026 - HolidayCoaching is launching a partner program for vacation rentals, hotels, and tourism businesses. Hosts can use this to offer their guests an additional experience: coaching sessions right in the region, bookable via a personal link. They don't need to provide their own space for this--the sessions take place outdoors, on the beach, in the woods, in a park, or during a walk through town.

For hosts, this service requires no technical or organizational effort. They receive a one-pager from HolidayCoaching with a QR code to display or include in the guest information folder, as well as a booking link that they can send to their guests in advance--for example, along with the booking confirmation. Guests use this link to book coaching sessions in the region; for each successful booking, the partner receives a commission. Partners do not need to worry about providing space, scheduling appointments, or on-site support--HolidayCoaching handles all of that together with the coaches.

Current offerings demonstrate how this works in practice: a coaching walk through the forests and heathlands of the Lueneburg Heath, a forest bathing session, a "Walk & Reflect" along the Alster in Hamburg, or a coaching walk along the Elbe meadows to the Blue Wonder Bridge in Dresden. Guests book these experiences directly through the partner link, and the coach handles the execution and logistics on-site.

The partner program is aimed at vacation rentals and hotels that want to offer their guests a unique experience, at tourism companies looking to expand their offerings with coaching experiences, and at wellness and retreat centers for which coaching is a natural fit.

If there are no suitable coaches available at a particular location, HolidayCoaching takes over the search. To do so, the company also draws on the community at coachverzeichnis.com, Kuhl Consulting's coaching directory, through which some of the HolidayCoaching coaches have already been found. This allows the network to be expanded specifically where partners express a need, including in regions that have not yet been covered.
