HPWsoft Updates Fizzles Demo and Releases Song "Guide the Fizzles Home"

Cologne, Germany - HPWsoft has released an updated version of the playable Fizzles demo on itch.io. The new version includes initial bugfixes and improvements based on early feedback from the community. At the same time, "Guide the Fizzles Home", an original song for the world of Fizzles, has been released on YouTube.

Fizzles is a mobile-first puzzle rescue game about tiny round creatures that need help reaching the exit. The Fizzles walk on their own, while players assign abilities at the right moment, open paths, and solve each level step by step.

The current demo includes five handcrafted levels. Each level introduces a different ability: Digger, Floater, Blocker, Climber, and Planter. In addition, the demo includes player profiles, difficulty settings, progression systems, high scores, music, sound effects, and a browser-based web version.

After the launch of the Kickstarter campaign and the release of the five-level demo, HPWsoft has reviewed early feedback from several player and developer communities. The feedback covered controls, UI symbols, level readability, web demo behavior on different devices, and individual issues in the early levels.

The updated version now available on itch.io includes initial bugfixes and serves as the current public version of the demo. Community feedback will continue to flow into development and help improve Fizzles step by step.

In addition to the updated demo, the Fizzles song "Guide the Fizzles Home" is now available on YouTube. The song is intended to capture the warm and hopeful atmosphere of the Fizzles world: tiny creatures moving forward together, finding a way, and safely reaching home.

"The first feedback on the demo is very valuable," explains HPWsoft. "It shows which parts of the game idea already work well and where controls, UI, balancing, or level behavior can still be improved. That is exactly why this early demo is important."

The Kickstarter campaign for Fizzles is still running. It is intended to support the next development phase: additional handcrafted levels, new abilities, UI and onboarding polish, mobile testing, audio and presentation improvements, and preparation for a first public mobile release.
