LakeMapper capturing waterfront parcel data

The nation's first searchable database of private U.S. lakes and ponds taps growth marketing firm The Last Splash, led by Ryan Green, to drive its national expansion.

ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 25, 2026. LakeMapper, the nation's first comprehensive, searchable database of private U.S. lakes and ponds, today announced that it is expanding to a national footprint and has named The Last Splash, the growth marketing firm led by Ryan Green, to lead the effort. Under the engagement, The Last Splash will serve as LakeMapper's fractional chief marketing officer, owning marketing and growth strategy as the company scales coverage nationwide.

LakeMapper identifies private ponds and lakes from satellite imagery, then overlays owner and parcel data so businesses can find the right waterfront properties and reach their owners directly. A built-in direct mail center lets users turn a target list into a live campaign in a few steps. The platform serves lake management professionals and suppliers, real estate agents, landscapers, property managers, and land developers, industries that have long operated without a reliable national source for this data.

The Last Splash will lead vertical prioritization, offer and pricing strategy, demand generation, and measurement as LakeMapper grows its subscriber base. The emphasis is on building repeatable growth systems rather than one-off campaigns.

"We built LakeMapper to solve a problem nobody else had cracked, knowing where every private lake and pond sits and who owns it," said Paul Langhorst, founder of LakeMapper. "Great data is only half the job. The other half is helping our customers turn it into real outreach and real revenue. Ryan and The Last Splash understand both sides, and that is the partner we wanted as we grow."
"LakeMapper gives lake-focused marketers a real advantage by connecting the dots between physical lakes and their owners," said Ryan Green, founder of The Last Splash. "My job is not to bolt on a logo and a campaign. It is to build the systems that let this business compound. The right verticals, the right offers, and measurement that tells the truth. We are building for the long arc, not a quick win."

The companies will roll out their first wave of vertical campaigns this summer, beginning with lake management and dock-building services, ahead of the seasonal demand cycle.
