Munich, May 2026. Premifair is expanding the lineup of the multi-award-winning bean to bar manufacturer Paradai from Bangkok with three new infused bars. The new creations combine high-quality Thai single-origin cacao with selected herbs, flowers, and spices that are closely linked to Thai culinary culture.

With the White Flower, Lemongrass, and Palo Five Spices varieties, Premifair is expanding the Paradai range--which until now has consisted primarily of pure single-origin chocolates to include extraordinary aromatic interpretations of Thai chocolate artistry for the first time.

Today, Paradai ranks among the world's most renowned craft chocolate makers. The Bangkok-based manufacturer has received numerous international accolades in recent years (International Chocolate Awards and Academy of Chocolate Awards) and is considered one of the most exciting representatives of the bean to bar movement. At the EuroBean Festival 2025, Paradai was named "Chocolate of the Year" for its Red Pod 70% bar. Three new PARADAi Infused Chocolates in Europe

Particularly noteworthy is the production method of the new Infused Bars. Instead of mixing flavors directly into the chocolate, Paradai takes a significantly more labor-intensive approach. Herbs, flowers, or spices are steeped in the chocolate over an extended period and then removed. This creates subtle aromatic nuances while preserving the origin and character of the cacao.

"It is precisely this respectful treatment of cacao that inspires us about Paradai. The infusions do not overpower the chocolate but open up new layers of flavor. The cacao always remains the focus," explains Premifair.

The new White Flower 70% combines Thai single-origin cacao with the floral aromas of white blossoms such as jasmine and orange. The result is an elegant, multi-layered chocolate with delicate floral notes and exceptional lightness. The bar has already won multiple awards at international competitions and is one of Paradai's best-known flavored creations.

With Lemongrass 65%, Paradai brings an aroma to the chocolate that epitomizes Thai cuisine like no other. The fresh citrus notes of lemongrass combine with the fruity and spicy characteristics of Thai cocoa to create a vibrant, surprisingly harmonious taste experience.

The third new product, Palo Five Spices 65%, draws on a traditional spice blend used in Thailand, particularly for slow-cooked dishes. Star anise, cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds, and black pepper lend the chocolate an extraordinary depth and combine sweet, spicy, and warm flavors in an impressive way.
