Sebastian Geide has been part of the executive management team at Aphos Gesellschaft fuer IT-Sicherheit mbH since May 2026. In his role as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), he is responsible for the further development of sales and the expansion of strategic market potential.

Sebastian Geide has many years of experience as a sales specialist and executive in the IT security industry. Most recently, he worked at TIM AG. There, as well as in previous positions, he gained extensive experience in the sales management of growing business units. His focus is on the interaction between end customers, service providers, distributors, and leading manufacturers--an environment that plays a central role in the further development of Aphos GmbH.

Maximilian Maschtowski Assumes Role as Head of Operations

Since February 2026, Maximilian Maschtowski von Kolovrat has been driving the company's operational development as Head of Operations. Previously, he held a leadership position overseeing internal sales, bringing with him deep knowledge of internal processes, customer requirements, and scaling issues.

In his new role, he will further strengthen the company's operational foundation--particularly with regard to robust processes, clear responsibilities, and the sustainable professionalization of day-to-day operations.
