Dance Champion and Visionary Bonnie Diaz to Keynote LIFCON 2026 with 'The 4th Dimension: Restoring Balance & Connection'

LaBlast Fitness, the global dance fitness movement, today announced that champion dancer, founder, and visionary Bonnie Diaz will deliver the keynote address at LIFCON 2026, the brand's annual instructor and fitness conference. Her keynote, "The 4th Dimension: Restoring Balance & Connection," is scheduled for st 1 p.m. on July 16.
Diaz, a former U.S. World Mambo Champion, three-time U.S. Ten Dance Representative, and eleven-time undefeated Basic Latin Champion, brings a rare combination of elite competitive mastery and transformational philosophy to the LIFCON stage. Her keynote introduces the concept of the "4th dimension" as a framework for restoring balance, deepening awareness, and strengthening connection-both within ourselves and with others.
Through movement, structured discussion, and reflection, participants will explore how higher-dimensional thinking can bring clarity, purpose, and harmony to every dimension of life-on the dance floor and far beyond it.
