Renowned ballroom dancer, choreographer, and author Bonnie Diaz has unveiled an innovative approach to enhancing dance partnering through her 3D Partnership System. "The 3D Partnership System allows dancers to focus on creating a shared axis of energy between partners," explained Diaz. "This gives them the freedom to produce their unique artistic expression without relying on the subjective opinions of judges."
Diaz, who is also the founder of the not-for-profit organization BallroomBarks.org and the author of the book "Ballroomology," believes this approach can have a transformative impact on the ballroom dance community, especially at the collegiate level.
"By bringing the 3D Partnership System to the collegiate ballroom dance teams," Diaz revealed, "The goal would be to empower these younger dancers with the confidence and tools to showcase their full potential, regardless of their skill level."
