AVGS Coaching: AVOCONS expands network to nearly 170 locations in Germany

Berlin, March 25, 2026 - AVOCONS GmbH is expanding its nationwide offerings in the field of AVGS coaching and further extending its network. Following the accreditation of twelve new training centers by an expert body, the company now has nearly 170 locations throughout Germany.

In doing so, AVOCONS is specifically strengthening the regional availability of subsidized career coaching and providing even more comprehensive support to people seeking career reorientation.

Greater Regional Presence for Coaching and Career Reorientation

The expansion follows a clear strategic direction: coaching should take place where people need support. The focus is on regional proximity, personalized support, and easy access to subsidized services.

New locations have been established in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Stuttgart, Dresden, Dortmund, Cologne, Neuwied, and Erkrath, among others. The combination of major metropolitan areas and economically growing cities creates broad yet targeted coverage.

Larger network with around 250 coaches for tailored AVGS coaching

For participants, this expansion means, above all, more choice and a better individual fit. In parallel with the expansion of its locations, AVOCONS has also expanded its coaching pool and currently works with around 250 coaches in AVGS Coaching.

Clients thus benefit from an expanded network of experts, additional specializations, and a more precise alignment between personal needs and coaching profiles. The new training centers also lay the foundation for flexible coaching formats that can be utilized both on-site and remotely.

The quality of the offerings remains a central component. All new locations have been reviewed and approved as part of the AZAV certification process. This ensures that the coaching programs meet the required quality standards and are eligible for funding through the Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS).

AVOCONS combines a growing network with digital processes and personalized support. Appointment scheduling and matching are systematically supported, while personal guidance remains the focus. This creates a scalable offering that simultaneously addresses individual needs.
