The fundamental difference between law and legislation today due to the invention of slavery
Slavery is a traditional "legally regulated" institution of class culture, the nature of which is one-sided and crude: no rights, but constant supernatural duties. Since such an unnatural, antisocial "fate" is not bearable for a human being in the long run, the required submissive behavior of slaves and the "lower" social classes in traditional class cultures was ensured by a religious worldview. The discovery of corresponding clay tablets from the Mesopotamian city-states confirms this cultural "logic" since around 3000 BC. With the invention of monotheism in the form of supernatural divine despotism and education through reward and punishment, religion has become a veritable "evolutionary" force for class culture. The rule of "God" over "simple" people still exhibits the fundamental modality of "no rights, but supernatural duties" for humans. As a result, slave-like, passively regressive, and masochistic human behavior became natural, omnipresent, and eternal for most religious representatives of man.This also explains the fact that we already find a relative "divine" regulation of slavery in two of the original 10 Commandments of the Jews. Paul adopted this divine attitude toward slavery, which we find in other places in the Bible, into Christianity, which is why there are corresponding confirmations of slavery in the preserved correspondence of the early Christians. This may have been one of the reasons why Emperor Constantine declared the Catholic Church the state religion of Rome and became the "13th apostle" of the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Empire, which at times had a slave population of more than 20% of the total population, was already struggling with slave escapes due to military weakness at the time of Constantine, which had become particularly explosive for Roman agriculture.
With the implementation of the bull issued by the Roman Catholic Church as a precedent, colonialism and imperialism became a "natural pursuit of success" in Western culture, rather than a sadistic and parasitic pursuit of profit. This development has progressively expanded the traditional slave-like relationship constitution of class culture, refined it ideologically, and drastically increased its effects. The result today is a "normal" global high-performance human being who leads the life of a worker ant constantly engaged in cultural achievement, so that everyday life in all cultures of the world is shaped in a correspondingly instinctive, automatic way. As a result, today's man is in many ways abolishing its own special evolutionary nature of a free and creative existence and automating its life in a "progressive" functional way.
Since the turn of the millennium, the agenda of so-called neoliberalism has set out to "standardize" today's slavishly thinking and acting high-performance humans in all cultures of the world and to exploit them through an increasingly effective global cultural economy. In this sense, the so-called Washington Consensus was already decided in 1985 through a cooperation between Reagan and Thatcher, which regulates the credit requirements for Third World countries, among other things, by the condition of dismantling the respective welfare state. This heralded the development of an omnipresent and omnipotent global economic and financial world domination by the few in the form of a monotheistic-capitalist class culture. Today, this agenda is becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy in the form of a cultural apocalypse, as it is no longer guided by social and biological common sense.
Anyone who can comprehend these rough outlines of a tragic, unnatural aberration in the development of human cultural organization is also in a position to recognize the serious difference between the natural human sense of justice and traditional cultural law. The difference between justice and law, which has become serious today, is made more tangible by the fact that in ancient Germanic natural law, court hearings took place without the absolutist decision-making power of a judge. A legal dispute was heard until one party produced "Freudian slips" (due to a bad social conscience), which was interpreted as an intervention by the gods. This practice was modified in an arbitrary manner by Roman Catholic Christianity, which introduced additional "judgments of God" through fights and special tests. This allowed each party to appoint a fighter as their representative after the court hearings, so that a dispute was decided by the victory of a fighter in the form of a trial by combat. This enabled the Roman Catholic Church in particular to decide disputes in its favor, as it could usually afford the strongest fighter. As a result, a crude, primitive "right of the strongest" and the cultural agenda of "the victor writes history" prevailed in Western culture and has become "normalized" to this day. Alternatively, a procedure could be chosen whereby an accused person could prove their innocence by holding their hands in the fire. If the blisters healed well, they were innocent. If the blisters became inflamed, they were guilty. Another variant was to pull the accused through a river with a rope, which often ended fatally. By today's standards, these "trials by ordeal" have no biological or social evidential value.
These examples allow us to understand the transition from simple natural law to an artificial cultural law, which we now refer to in an idealistic manner as "positive law." This is a consolidated, arbitrary system of law that is abstracted from social sentiment and biological reason, which we find collectively as an absolutized "law" in all cultures. To this day, laws remain strictly idealistic and abstract, thereby clearly distancing themselves from what we might call a natural social sense of justice in humans. Only through a supernatural, artificially formalistic legal system of an "objective" idealistic nature has it been possible for the culture of status to maintain its traditional "social" constitution to this day. This has also enabled neoliberalism, as an agenda of the rich and powerful, to "successfully" impose its own thinking and actions on all cultures through "positive" law, even without regard for feelings, customs, and morals, and to make it a "normality" in the worldview of today's cultured people. Due to the absolutist idealistic law, which is now firmly anchored in the minds of cultured people as part of a dictatorial state doctrine, many people inevitably believe, mistakenly, that they live in a democracy, as their natural sense of justice has been "successfully" suspended by this law. The cultural power apparatus of today, which is consistently maintained as a result, has therefore become a lethal weapon against the natural human sense of justice and thus also against the unwritten laws of natural human morality and fairness.
A state of this nature also enables the "masters" of today's cultures to enforce completely unethical, immoral, or parasitic claims "by law." As a result, the law has become a gamble for most people today, as they usually cannot afford to enforce their natural rights under the respective law. Today, the law is so complex and complicated in all cultures and written in a veritable "foreign language" for the common people that the "ordinary" person needs a lawyer or tax advisor to enforce their rights. This is another reason why, in recent cultural history, the law has become an effective instrument of domination for the rich and powerful in all social classes.
Such a cultural development produces corresponding "side effects," which include, among other things, the fact that today's cultural human being is slowly but surely losing his social and biological conscience and, following the "example" of the rich and powerful, is "cultivating" a "progressive" antisocial and parasitic way of thinking and behaving. As a result, people who are particularly dependent on their social relationships find themselves in a tragic state of inner instability. Above all, the growing belief that humans are inherently antisocial and parasitic beings inevitably means the end of a natural meaning of life for man.
Due to the intensification of capitalist mass production that began in 1960, humans have become, through progressive cultural "constraints," masochistic high-performance beings who are constantly "optimizing" themselves for the monotheistic-capitalist class culture. As a result, many cultured people have become increasingly accustomed to shaping their lives in an increasingly artificial way. This has led to an increasing number of people no longer feeling that this way of life is constantly violating their innate human nature. The powerlessness, weakness, resentment, irritability, and sickliness that most people constantly struggle with today are therefore nothing new, but rather a traditional "social" and psychological product of class culture.
The effects of a "progressive" and unconditionally effective further development of class culture to date have become an existential threat to all people. Above all, the drastically escalating neoliberal agenda since the turn of the millennium has led to a fanatical fixation on material life insurance and a bottomless, one-sided pursuit of material goods. As a result, humans today are increasingly transforming the cultural world on Earth into an unbearable and unnatural place. Today, especially in the Christian-capitalist professional culture, we are dealing with a developing cultural carcinoma that Man can no longer recklessly "cultivate" if it wants to remain part of the Earth's evolution. To this end, modern humans must above all recognize that they must no longer prevent and block their special evolutionary talents for a free and creative way of life in order to continue to "cultivate" an unnatural, antisocial, and parasitic cultural constitution in an extremely tragic way.
The idea and implementation of slavery can only have originated from psychopathic human thinking without any natural empathy. Therefore, modern humans have no reason or obligation to continue to follow such a cultural spirit. Today, we can certainly describe the invention of slavery as the beginning of what humans have traditionally understood as a sin, an arbitrary separation of humans from nature. For about 5,000 years (170 generations), humans have been tragically "skillfully" spoiling their own natural gift of life every single day.
Thus, humans have become the most technically intelligent and, socially speaking, the most stupid creatures on earth. The resulting strange kind of supernatural polarization in human thought and action is realized for many cultured people today through a vicious circle of depressive moods and manic, fanatical actions. If humans do not change their tragic way of destructive life and culture through a fundamental biological correction, this will seal the inglorious end of man as the least successful species in the natural evolution of Earth in the foreseeable future.
Never before in the evolution of the Earth has there been such a rapid extinction of species due to the current impairment and poisoning of nature by humans and their "supernatural" inventions. Humans should therefore urgently reexamine their traditional idealistic thinking and actions, through which not only monotheistic religion "from above" but also a dictatorial state apparatus with "positive law" has become a destructive force that standardizes human life. Humans can only resolve this "fate" by returning to a state of hope for themselves, their neighbors, and the nature of the Earth through conscious biological and empathetic thinking, feeling, and acting.
