A Safer Way to Speak Up
A Safer Way to Speak Up: Pledge4Peace Launches Anonymous Workplace Ratings for Employees WorldwideGlobal | January 2026
For millions of employees, silence at work isn't a choice, it's a survival strategy.
Pledge4Peace is changing that with the launch of its anonymous workplace rating platform, designed to give employees a safe, secure way to share their experiences without fear of retaliation.
The platform allows workers to rate their workplace anonymously, with no names, no tracking, and no personal information required. Reviews focus on how people are treated, whether respect and fairness are real, and whether leadership acts ethically when it matters most.
If a workplace isn't already listed, employees can add it to the directory themselves, helping others understand what it's like to work there and contributing to a culture of transparency.
Rather than amplifying outrage, the platform is designed to encourage accountability, recognize ethical employers, and open the door for improvement where needed. Anonymous insights also help inform the Peace Seal, Pledge4Peace's certification for businesses that demonstrate peace-centered governance and ethical practices.
"People already know what kind of workplace they're in," said Shelsys Rivera, CEO of Pledge4Peace. "This gives them a way to speak honestly, safely, and with purpose."
Employees can participate now at:
