BE@SOURCE demands clarification and settlement of outstanding claims by Bavarian debt collection service and IONOS SE
Nessetal, November 23, 2025 - Dipl.-Kfm. Georg Johannes Pauelsen, Managing Director of BE@SOURCE, is urgently contacting the Bavarian Collection Service (BID) and IONOS SE to demand the clarification and settlement of outstanding claims. Despite repeated communication and the submission of evidence, the main concerns remain unanswered.
In a letter dated September 2, 2025 and other documents, the termination without notice of all contracts with IONOS SE as of June 12, 2025 was documented. This termination was confirmed by a delivery protocol to which Mr. Hack from IONOS SE referred in a letter dated 21 July 2025. Nevertheless, Bayerischer Inkassodienst ignores these facts and refuses to engage in a factual discussion.
In addition, overpayments from the invoices 100165065678 and 100153093930 have still not been settled. Likewise, the lost profit based on 10,000 qualified e-mail address recipients has neither been quantified nor compensated. BE@SOURCE feels compelled to make the matter public, as IONOS SE and Bayerischer Inkassodienst have been in arrears for months and appear to be deliberately circumventing legal obligations.
Dipl.-Kfm. Georg Johannes Pauelsen demands immediate clarification and fulfillment of the outstanding payments. BE@SOURCE reserves the right to take further legal action to enforce the justified claims.
