Nessetal, December 19, 2025: Mr. Georg Pauelsen from Nessetal has filed a complaint against Dr. Hollands of the Ministry of Justice of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. (Ref.: 3171E-Z.27/25)
The background to this are serious allegations of obstruction of justice and discrimination against severely disabled persons in connection with complaints against Mr. Heitmann, Krefeld, Dr. Hattstein, D?sseldorf Bar Association and Dr. Wittig (D?sseldorf Higher Regional Court).
In his letter, Mr. Pauelsen criticizes Dr. Hollands' decision to reject the allegations against the aforementioned persons as unfounded without any comprehensible justification.
He criticizes the fact that no arguments or evidence were presented and accuses Dr. Hollands of reinforcing discrimination against severely disabled people through her actions. He also considers her actions to be a deliberate violation of the law and a disregard for UN law.
Mr. Pauelsen calls for a comprehensive and transparent examination of the facts of the case. If there is no appropriate clarification, he announces that he will take the matter to the European Court of Justice and international bodies to take action against discrimination against severely disabled people.
