Today, shortly before Christmas, the YouTube channel of the cookbook and baking book "66 x vegetarian and vegan cooking and baking for histamine intolerance - for 3 degrees of intolerance" by Silke Haas was launched.

The author is a specialist in general medicine and has dealt intensively with histamine intolerance. In this book, she has reflected the diversity of histamine intolerance and written recipes for different degrees of intolerance, cooked or baked them herself, photographed them and divided them into the categories breakfast and dinner ideas, lunch and dinner as well as snacks, desserts and pastries.

Having first written the guidebook "Histamine intolerance: without findings and commas - no mere food intolerance", the doctor's focus here is on the practical implementation of dietary adjustments and regaining the joy of eating with histamine intolerance.

Silke Haas is a specialist in general medicine with an additional qualification in emergency medicine. Her medical career has taken her to many areas of patient care: from the surgical emergency room and outpatient clinic to the internal medicine ward, including the intensive care unit, to the GP practice.
She has written a medical non-fiction book about histamine intolerance, which is not uncommon but often undiagnosed, as well as the guidebook "Histamine intolerance: without findings or commas - no mere food intolerance", in which she deals with the symptoms, causes, diagnosis, treatment and nutrition-specific features in a detailed and practice-oriented manner.
In the cookery and baking book presented here, the author concentrates on the practical implementation of dietary adaptation.
Then Silke Haas dedicated the children's book "Gesundheit, Natur und Erlebnisse mit Ham-O-ster(n)-Hasen" (Health, Nature and Experiences with Ham-O-ster(n) Rabbits) to playfully introducing children to their bodies, health and getting healthy in connection with nature and animal stories.
In all three books, it is clear to see that it is important to the author to present medical knowledge in an understandable way.
