Boston Industrial Solutions' Natron® DC Series Ink Has Had an Upgrade!
New DC Series Used to Write 'Natron'
And now, it is glossier, brighter in color, and has a longer pot life while still retaining its high reactivity and fast drying and curing speeds. The new and improved Natron® DC Series White ink has excellent screen stability and can be easily picked up and transferred from plate to pad for pad printing.
DC Series retains its status as the only ink that can be heat or air-cured, therefore allowing manufacturers to use this ink on heat-sensitive products. It can be used safely on USB flash drives and plastic-bonded silicone products. The ink development team's proprietary Dual Cure RTV technology was used to create this versatile ink. It was engineered using silicone polymers as only silicone-based inks can adhere to silicone products.
Once cured, this ink can withstand high temperatures, frequent use, and wear and tear just like silicone rubber. It is safe, non-toxic, free from heavy metals, and fade-resistant. Available now in 14 colors with custom color matching available upon request.
