FieldBots launches "FieldBots for Free": professional fleet management now available at no cost
Marbach am Neckar, July 23, 2025 - FieldBots, the independent platform for managing autonomous cleaning fleets across multiple manufacturers, today announced the launch of "FieldBots for Free". The new offering makes core fleet management tools available to all operators, regardless of fleet or team size, entirely free of charge."Scaling robotics in the real world requires more than just machines. It takes infrastructure, processes, and accessible tools," said Alexander Feil, CEO of FieldBots. "FieldBots for Free reflects our commitment to supporting the industry at every level. What was once limited to corporate clients is now accessible to anyone who wants to manage their fleet professionally."
With "FieldBots for Free," users can register as many robots as they need, add unlimited users, and access the platform across all devices and operating systems. Included are features such as live maps, detailed robot views, and universal app access across iOS, Android, desktop and tablet. The system runs on the same robust infrastructure as FieldBots' paid offerings and is designed to support real operational use from day one.
Functions such as fleet structuring, custom dashboards, role-based permission management, consolidated reporting, or integrated ticketing are not part of the free version. They remain available to users who choose to upgrade to FieldBots Full or join the "FieldBots for Enterprises" program. Still, everything required to start, operate, and scale a fleet is already included.
"As Director of New Business at FieldBots, I've seen how essential structured fleet management is, even for smaller teams. 'FieldBots for Free' gives them the tools to grow from day one. What began as an idea quickly turned into something real - and yes, I somehow became part of the campaign, which made it even more fun," said Andrew Bruckner.
"FieldBots for Free" is aimed at operators who take a strategic approach to robotic cleaning across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, education, retail, and commercial properties. It also supports distributors and manufacturers working to build and support fleets with their clients. The platform provides a professional, transparent foundation with a clear path toward further scaling.
